I had a lovely stay with a beautiful high ceiling in my room, enjoyed delicious homemade cakes at breakfast, and appreciated the spacious bathroom. Would definitely return!

we celebrated my birthday at this lovely hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. the charming decor and warm hospitality reminded me of my previous stay in volterra, but with even better customer service. the breakfast offered freshly baked pastries and local cheeses that made each morning special.

i enjoyed my stay and found the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food while the hotel's charming atmosphere made my stay even more memorable. It's just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza dei Priori and the serene Parco Archeologico 'Enrico Fiumi', making it perfect for anyone who loves city strolls and landmarks. however, parking nearby can be a challenge.

La Locanda's breakfast spread had me swooning—homemade tarts, fresh fruit, and a mean doppio espresso to kickstart my day! Plus, the staff radiated warmth and local knowledge, making every moment feel like a stroll through culinary heaven. And how about that cozy jacuzzi tub? Just the cherry on top!

Now, if I had to nitpick, two chairs in the room would have been fab for chilling out, and free parking would’ve been a dream. But honestly, the charm of Volterra more than made up for it!
